The late 1970s. Couple of teenagers from Ustrzyki Dolne, inspired by a Sex Pistols song they heard on Radio Free Europe, form a punk rock band called KSU. By playing rebellious
music, they simultaneously transplant elements of London's punk culture into the backwoods of their municipality. The music and activities of the group are noticed by the Security Service who make it clear to them that there will be no "punk" in Ustrzyki Dolne.
